      @mushi First of all get rid of utorrent and install something else as it'll use your computer to mine bitcoins for them.

        @nerthos @mushi That was a while back. I think they no longer do that, but I suggest ditching it for something else like qBitTorrent.

          @archzer0 I'm using qbit torrent since then. Only issue with it is that lately it's been throwing i/o errors often.

      @mushi Second, make a txt file, put

      taskkill /F /IM Explorer.exe
      notepad.exe
      Start explorer.exe

      and then close the notepad window it'll open. That'll restart the windows ui, and most likely fix it.
