  1. Okay for sure today is Payday day, they put out the update that took out the micro transactions. Get hype.

    1. @miki Haha, they were forced to go back?

      1. @nerthos Nope. Overkill bought the rights to the game completely, so they were able to take them out. Guess it was the publisher that wanted them in.

          1. @nerthos @miki If they're actually out and stay out I will eat my hat.  It was Starbreeze that wanted them to begin with, to the point most of OVERKILL left the company when they were forced on the game.

            1. @maiyannah If you eat a hat, record it. Send it privately if you want, but I have to see that.

            2. @maiyannah @nerthos @miki Starbreeze bought most of OVERKILL as Almir stated. I think 505 still has a 30% share, but now it's Starbreeze who decides what to do with the game. 505 did to Payday what Activision did to Black Ops 3: both publishers ordered the addition of microtransactions a la CSGO and killed the game

              1. @alexivanov @nerthos @miki If you still believe anything that comes out of Almir's mouth at this point I can only but laugh.
