      @expatpaul right. a pizza is what I'm going to have tonight - not takeaway (they have a hotel with a real restaurant now) but a proper turkish-flavor pizza with a real Efes !beer (or two). :D

          @expatpaul I had a terrific evening - not just the excellent food an drink but next to me was an extended family get-together in advance of father's day: 4 men, four women, 4 little girls, three little boys, all having loads of fun (and the little ones some soon-forgotten scrapes). Loads of laughter and love going round.
