Whenever you see someone like Anita, or a darling dev, come out of the blue to such strong promotion, ask yourself what a corporate or lobbyist interest has to gain from them being popular, because more often than not, they have gotten their success from some manner of such highly-placed people promoting them.
A lot of the journalist nonsense we've seen the the past couple of years, especially the "Gamers are Dead" thing, was the games press being in denial that they are not the ones that pull such strings.-
