This is a short history on my post grad advetures. First semester of 2015, all the 15 people approved to the chemistry post grad got their scholarship. late that semester the elections to governor happened, the curent governos loses and misteriously 6 billion vanish from the state's banks and ther isnt money for anything anymore. Second semester , It is my time to take the exam. I forget my calculator, but got the 9th highest grade anyway (over 40 people competing. Since there wasnt money for anything anymore they only gave out 5 cholarships. I didnt try the exam again in the other semester because i thought i wouldnt get it anyway, but all the 14 people approved got their scholarships. I try the exam again the next semester, i got the 3rd highest grade of over 70 people, but i forgot to number the certificates i had attached to my school records (with was worth 30% of the final grade) and then they gave me a zero, my grade in the exam was still high enough to pass in 11th place.

@mushi Then the government cuts almost 50% of the investments to universities and then my scholarship only gets cancelled.
