Today I got totally fed up with https://outlook.com
- There's serious performance issues all the time aka ultra lag.
- Random message bounce aka email delivery failures (In & Out) and so on.
- Spam filtration sucks.
All this seems to be guaranteed #Microsoft #Outlook #quality.
It makes me wonder. Some services are just so bad, it's hard that those would happen to be so bad randomly. It's more like their #BOFH team would have been on purpose implementing a service to drive users mad.
Maybe there's internal secret BOFH user experience sabotage team, which is having evil villain laugh when reading this post, and checking one more success box on the wall. - Was it intentional? No, it's just rare random event. Lulz.
Does anyone share my feelings?
