@maiya it's thrown in apiaction.php so i'd guess it's not qvitter's fault? but not certain..
@maiya does the api return the same error when qvitter is disabled?
@maiya btw the welcome text has some broken unicode also. i'd suspect something went wrong when dumping/importing the db
@maiya although i don't know anything about nginx, @moonman's idea is probably better
