        @nerthos What I worry about is how many new people they're no doubt turning off the idea of federated social networks when they see the shambles that thing is in.

            @nerthos Thankfully, some people have been doing just that on the Mastodon self-promotion threads, which no doubt is a part of the equation as to why they've been isolating themselves more and more.
