        @maiyannah It makes sense in the cutscene just after, so it's actually a stupid writing mistake. If they had made it so Ursegor tells the player the titan can't be controlled without the presence of the gods, then it's the only reasonable course of action. The issue lays with the fact the player is only told immediately after, souring the end of chapter 3.
