No problem. Hopefully the federation issue can be resolved in the future.

          1. @sim Yeah, it's some weird thing between RDN and FZP and SLC. I think it's just due to software differences

Yeah, it could be the differences in software. I suppose this explains why I don't see you around much unless I am over here.

              1. @sim I forwarded it to the admin here along with the accounts of the admins of the other networks but I don't know if the issue has been looked into

Yeah, I am not aware either... the posts are a bit jumbled up over here too, but at least they can be seen.

                  1. @sim Up until a while back they didn't even get there

                    1. @nerthos @sim as in, on SLC

Oh yeah... it would be interesting to figure out what is causing this issue.

                      1. @sim I think it's just that RDN uses fairly different software than most of the fediverse, but just updating would be really hard due to all the customization without having anyone dedicated to it.

Good point, I imagine that it would be rather time consuming... especially if you don't know what you are doing to begin with so you have to work it all out.

                          1. @sim I mean, the admin knows his stuff well enough, he just doesn't have the spare time to migrate all the customizations over to the newer software, and the guy who used to do most of the coding for the site is no longer a regular.

So I guess it would need someone who is a regular who can do this, and has the spare time to.
