    One thing that Twitter recently got that I consider absolutely essential to also have here:  Disabling notifications from a specific conversation.

      @maiyannah Yeah, I've been thinking about that too, if only to get rid of the bother of having to manually exclude someone from the convo.

      There's one potential little issue though. If a convo starts sprawling into several branches do you want to force people to unnotify from all branches or do you want to say "I'm not interested in the Trump branch but I am interested in the firearms branch"?
