    Almost anyone is welcome on my server. Just don't be a complete banana to me there or to other people.
    You can say whatever you want to me here on GS, I won't ban you from my Mumble. Just don't come into rooms with me and we'll be cool. The server's cheap as kiwi anyway. I may create a room for you if you want.

    To add the server go to Server -> Connect -> Add new... and specify this:
    Name: whatever you want
    Address: commandandconquer.club
    Port: 64738
    Username: whatever you want

        As you can see, murmurd, which is the Mumble server, only take up to 16 MiB which is nothing by today's standards. I pay 6€ a month for this hardware.
