Without my memories, I don't have much left. Might as well get everything I can from them while I still can. https://gs.kawa-kun.com/notice/1167908

I think The Carpenters might be my favorite non-Japanese band. Everything I've ripped off these CDs I got has been awesome.

>On the 1973 album "Now & Then," "Yesterday Once More" features a long middle section, consisting of eight covers of 1960s tunes incorporated into a faux oldies radio program. The work takes up the entire B-side of the album:
"Fun, Fun, Fun"
"The End of the World"
"Da Doo Ron Ron (When He Walked Me Home)"
"Dead Man's Curve"
"Johnny Angel"
"The Night Has a Thousand Eyes"
"Our Day Will Come"
"One Fine Day"
Richard Carpenter admitted, on a Japanese documentary, that it was his favorite of all the songs that he had written.

The lead singer's voice is beautiful, and I've always loved that style of background singers.

@daggsy The thirties are closer to death than the twenties.
-
@takepapayaakenji That's why you have to kill more people, the older you get. That way the statistics stay level.

@daggsy And if you die in the process, you won't really care anymore.
