    Since we are talking about Cthulhu still, need I nitpick and state this: The great Old Ones and Cthulhu are aliens. Lovecraft stated that. They are not gods. Just aliens that are huge and hav ea god complex.

      @doates Yeah, but the concept of eldritch abominations is what makes them fun, not if they are or not gods.
