      @delores @tomey It actually makes more sense to make it the default than something you have to sign up for. People can always present a certificate if they're unable for service, and in any case being in the list doesn't mean mandatory service in time of peace, just that you'll be called if there's ever a need for a mass draft, which is highly unlikely since USA hasn't had a defensive war since the 40s

        @nerthos @tomey yeah exactly, when it applies to the majority of the people, just make the exceptions have to do the thing. its common sense. besides if someone is ineligible for the draft you can probably tell when they show up (or dont)
