Getting offended at something that was obviously meant as a joke is something that is really starting to become a pet peeve of mine.

I really don't care about upsetting people that I don't know, pragmatically speaking, but in the case I'm rambling about, I especially don't care about upsetting people who were evesdropping on a conversation uninvited and then jumped ion when I said an "offensive" joke.-
@maiyannah I especially find it annoying when people try to be offended on my behalf, as if I needed some white dude to tell me something is offensive to me.
