so, it's too hot to run, and I can't afford a gym. but I have a pair of 10lb weights. can I make any progress with these or am I just applesing in the wind? (trying to get it to stop attaching my location)

@blots If you want to lose weight you need to run. Muscle weighs more than fat and so lifting weights will make you gain.
