    1. @moonman what's the reason to quit github anyway? you can manage just fine without giving them anything important and just using their srvers/services, and it's not like they'll own your code if you use it, easy to migrate to any other platform if they turn to kiwi

      1. @shpuld I was thinking of Github like a social network, and some of the pressures it puts on individuals, but Github's not actually that much like a social network when it comes to some of the problems of social networks.

        2. @moonman yeah it's really not a social network at all, sure it's nice if you can self host your own git stuff but github really is not a bad option if you want to use someone's servers without paying
