      1. @abigpony Pretty well, we've shipped the iOS app, made a pretty awesome GUI revision and released solid moderator tools for clouds.

          1. @abigpony It's still in beta. Email berwyn@cloudsdale.org if you want to opt-in with a reasonable explanation why you would be a valuable tester.

            1. @zeeraw I don't use Cloudsdale, so I wouldn't. I just never got why one would make an iOS app and not a droid one.

              1. @abigpony Non-profit services man, you simply don't build native platforms for all mobile clients without any funding. I was very luck to get developers as dedicated and willing to commit as me.

                2. @zeeraw I'll admit I haven't been following closely, but what are your plans for the platform underlying Cloudsdale? Gonna sell it, or Open source it, or is it just a one off project?

                  1. @ceruleanspark These have been topics brought up in the dev team recently. Considering we average on 300~ online users we need to start thinking about some proper funding if we want to the site to run smoothly.

                    1. @zeeraw What's it running on?

                      1. @ceruleanspark Currently three servers, one each for sockets, web & persistance. We use an internal message queue (RabbitMQ) to get data around the different apps which are written in Node.js and Ruby.

                      2. @ceruleanspark But regarding opening up the service more. We're making our APIs all public when we've defined the whole spec and find it secure enough.
