                                            @anarchycarcino He regenerates almost instantly from almost any wound. It's logical for him to have a different aging rate due to his cells' perfect regeneration. I'm not even sure if he's capable of dying from age.

                                                              @nerthos The most likely explanation is he is Vergil's son. That's what everyone leans to anyway, and seems most likely. On;y plot hole here is Vergil was getting busy pretty early in his life, if we are to estimate he was 18 in 3. This is also an assumption that Vergil is even interested in slaying poon.

                                                                @anarchycarcino Vergil doesn't seem the type to get into teen romance. Anyway, if Nero was Vergil's son, then he would have only diluted Sparda blood, not the remnants of Vergil. I believe he acquired the arm by other means.

Since the game was unfinished all we really have to go on is that Yamato reciprocated to his touch, could be Virgil's or Sparda's blood, and that his Devil Trigger Shadow has the arm sheath like Vergil did.
