  1. there's a lot of great software out there but expensive im just starting with a demo of one the ony thing i cant do on it is reload the tracks i make i can save them but i can't edit them afterwards http://www.image-line.com/downloads/flstudiodownload.html

    1. @shako481 Yeah, I play with Ableton Live, personally. http://www.ableton.com/ With Linux, using WINE I can run it, but I can't save it, only "crash" it (which makes it reload the project from what is essentially an autosave) so I can only work on one mashup at a time (yeah I just do mashups at the moment... again, hoping to change that) - but since I can only work on one mashup I end up making mixes a lot :p

      1. @neurario andi was looking at some mlp fan music a lot of them use computer software especially (the living tombstone)

    2. @jjpicklegherkinzombie @shako481 I used Ableton Live for years without a real licence. I got so much use out of it that I eventually went back and purchased the Intro licence (that's what I could afford at the time). I actually pay for software or music often if I enjoy it.
