*snerk* My Public Speaking professor had us watch and analyze a few speeches for homework. One of the speeches is an informative speech on papayas-bags (who and what they are, and how not to be one), and the speaker plagiarizes a Cracked(dot)com article for pretty much his entire speech. Talk about apples-bag...

@flaredancer The twist ending is that Cracked actually wrote the article based on a copy of the speech they picked up in a public speaking class.

@ceruleanspark That happens to me sometimes, too… Some people, though, are just really bad at sarcasm, or use it so often it's really difficult to tell when they're serious.
