@nerthos When instead of taking my money at the time specified, (the begining of the month, before my outgoings happen), they choose to randomly make their withdrawal today (The point at which my balance is lowest)

@nerthos I'm sure the terms of their contract dictate that they can charge me at any point during the month of renewal. If they weren't dicks, it wouldn't be insurance
