    1. @drewdle seems with linux so much is broken, like packages making you compile them manually, or packages not being found in apt-get, or dependency requirements stopping things from working, i wish it were more userfriendly, or that some company would develop a finished product. I'd gladly pay for a linux distro if it were actually good

      1. @elind85 I think that's part of the problem, as it were. So much of Linux is community based and volunteer oriented that paying for/employing people to "better" it would kill the community aspect. I've had very few issues in Ubuntu that I couldn't fix with a Google search, but it is one of the easiest distros.
