         @nerthos thanks. the only thing that doesn't feel good right now is my wallet, but it'll get over it. 400 bucks a month ain't too bad.

               @nerthos it's got a really good location relative to the college I'm going too and I have quite a bit of my own money saved up for just such a thing. Also my folks are still around if things go too far south, but hopefully that doesn't happen

                  @madflavors Then I guess it's a good deal. I personally don't like to live in a place that doesn't belong to me or my family, but that's nitpicking.
