    2. @ceruleanspark The price seems a little steep, but on the other hand that's usually the case with the upper levels of SSDs and Sandy Bridge CPUs, and it has both. Interesting that it prices up pretty much identically to a similarly-specced Windows machine though, considering Windows also has the license cost.

      1. @bitshift I suppose getting the...whatever the software equivalent of "Fit and Finish" is just right probably cost them a chunk of R&D money that they'd like to recoup. Combine that with (comparatively) lower unit sales and you probably come out to about the same price as a Windows license per unit.
