  1. I now own the Scott Pilgrim VS the World DVD and BluRay. I am pleased. I also can finally justify having got the PS3 as a BluRay player.

    1. @retl I wish I had the Blue Ray version. Enjoy the movie, and try and read the books sometime, they're really good too.

      1. @pinhooves: I'm curious about the books, but since most of what really sells me on the movie are the action scenes and special effects, I have to ponder how well they translate into still images.

        1. @retl Although the movie does have action, they took out a LOT of things that were in the book. It's not very accurate when you compare the movie to the books.

        2. @retl I kind of view the books and movie as two seperate things. I like them both, but they're both so different to me. The books are action packed, but they also have a lot more character growth and challenges. While the movie is more action and glitz it takes the characters stories in a different direction. Either way they're still fun to read :3

          1. @prismq: Neat! I might thumb through the first volume in a bookstore sometime. If I dig it, I'll drop the $$, probably.
