    Is it possible to remotely cancel an SCP/SFTP file transfer without stopping the server or disconnecting the interface?

        @ceruleanspark Huh. Well that works, I thought maybe there would be a 'better' solution. I'll have to remind James with his WinSCP program to use its speed limiting feature, because for some reason downloading from this server (unlike when anyone else in this LAN uploads, strangely) causes the rest of the net to just die
