  1. English help needed: what's the best way to say that a house/dwelling is (to be) declared unfit to be lived in? I have 'unfit for inhabitation' but it sounds awkward # #

      1. @heluecht thanks, that could work, too. it's a specific Dutch legal term - I remember from my childhood houses with a plaque attached with this text "onbewoonbaar verklaarde woning"
