So, three of the top notices are completely transparent attempts to get onto the popular notices with no actual content. Then there's some copypasta, an announcement of @communistprime removing some excess money from his possession, and a bit of wordplay. *hits a bunch of heart buttons*.... There, that's better.

@abigpony Er... that is nothing new. I think we even had a discussion about "fave and repeat" notices a few weeks ago. I'm just doing what little I can to maintain status quo.
