#Fujitsu wants 4.674248 million EUR from hospital network in #Munich (Städtisches Klinikum München GmbH): March #2010 contract for 1.074 million EUR, 7 months later at #first tests Fujitsu's system is not satisfying for hospital people, 8 months later another test and unhappiness + Fujitsu terminates the contract without notice because no payment received yet, parts of system not yet accepted. #Court decides: case dismissed! Now the hospital network thinks about claim for damages ;-) cc @question
