True, when the welcome-note is #short, people would really READ it then, which is what we want. I was thinking more of direction that many/some don't read something at begin and just get the #credentials and try out. And later on one can tell: you should have read the welcome note, TOS ... It may be easier to accept in that sense since it's a "fault" at oneself than being able to throw the responsibility to others
