I agree also on what you say: "it's actually #discrimination." and in that sense I've no #proof that Erdoğan or someone else later will misuse that (e.g. in form like: trying to be an EU state by cutting down military and then later saying to EU: I thought otherwise and then finally having no one looking over him).
