      @heartmend I've never even heard of those types of apples (may be the whole "Californian" thing). What are they like?

        @scribus Gingergolds and Zestars are new varieties, so I don't really know! I do know Paula Reds are sweet and juicy, and are good for eating as-is or for baking. :)
