@fuzzypony also underneath the mesh glove is a glove with metal fibers weaved in to resist cutting too. It's really hard to hurt the arm you hold meat with.

@fuzzypony I mean, I'm sure if I took the knife and swung it down point first into my hand, it'd hurt like hell, but it can't even stab me because they purposely remove the point.

@fuzzypony Meh. I have a mesh glove, cut resistant sleeve and arm guard on the arm that holds the meat down, so I can't really hurt myself.
