@knoxemerald I advise you (like any other writer I talk to) to check out the writer training grounds on Ponychan. I got a lot of good advice from them, as can anypony ^^

@knoxemerald So, first thing I'm noticing is that you do something I've been called out on for a few times before. You tend to repeat the same words (excluding things like 'it', 'the' and 'a') within the same phrases. For example, this sentence: "The quiet atmosphere of the library was abruptly and temporarily destroyed by Twilight's hasty entrance (into the library)" The part I put in brackets is somewhat redundant, as you already established that Twilight was entering the library

@knoxemerald Well I'm absolutely rubbish at shipping; I can throw a couple jokes around, but pure comedy might be a stretch. Normal stuff is probably the easiest, especially if you can capture the episodic feel, but my favourite stuff to write is anythign adventury

@knoxemerald I'm nothing special lol; I have a great deal of respect for Kkat and Hephestus (6 Star Author's of Fallout Equestria and Doctor Whooves respectively). I also know that it's useful to have people sampling your work; criticisms can help you improve too ^^
