!vancouverbronies Hey guys, I got my SG today! It is beautiful and the sound is amazing and it NEEDS A NAME. I have a thing about naming instruments. Any suggestions welcome! @maxig I'm planning a jam meetup sometime just after the new year, which should be awesome. @underdogbassist I facehoofed at that pun. I friggin' love my ubass, and I play it all the time. @maxig it will be my apartment less than a block from metrotown skytrain station. had a brony drinking party there before so volume and neighbors aren't an issue. You will LOVE this card game.

@maxig @echron1000 Some of the December dates might work for me, but I'll need to check my calendar. If you're choosing a date to collect money and absolutely have to have it that day, though, please give more advance warning - I work 9-5 and am also fairly busy outside work, and I can't really schedule around things like that on a day or two's notice. I'm looking forward to going, and I don't want that to be an obstacle. :)

@maxig !vancouverbronies I wish I could have carved a pumpkin, I was going to carve Nightmare Moon on mine but my dad said he would smash my pumpkin if I did so I couldn't *sigh* But I went out with my sister and got tonnes of candy for myself and my students so tonight turned out ok. @bronymike I'm going to finish your Trixie now (the face is taking forever!!) so what do you want me to do with it when I'm done because my scanner is the worst piece of crap ever!!

@maxig !vancouverbronies The best part of that story was that the Toys R Us guy freaked out at the number of people and called security, but the security dude had done anime cons before and, when the employee explained what we were doing, he totally knew what we were up to. :)

@maxig !vancouverbronies I think we're leading more for the 30th, in that case. Whoever knows much about the bowling alley should go in and see if they can get some lanes booked for that day. I guess we should figure out the best one to go to (I wasn't paying particularly strong attention to the options, sorry) and then figure out a good meeting time.
