There was a drumroll and the theater went totally black. Star scrunched closer to Shadow, and didn’t move until the curtains finally opened. There were brilliant flashes of green, red, and yellow sparks emanating from a lone blue unicorn mare on stage. She was dressed in a midnight blue cape and hat, adorned with silver and gold stars. Fear soon gave way to astonishment, as Star’s eyes grew wider and wider with each passing trick. He saw lights and shapes, made entirely out of magical essence. Trixie then followed her light show with the recount of her “Ursa Major” battle. That always kept the spectators awed, whether they believed her or not
