@starlightbolt Personally I think war is one of few choices we could have made out of a list of dark, very dark, possibilities. If you just look at how people in the middle east live you'll soon realize that they basically live the same as most Europeans did 200 years ago for as far as rules and tradition go, and to a certain height even fashion. Imagine what mess would have been created if this distance even grows bigger. Imagine looking up from your current standpoint to a civilization advanced enough to fly to the moon, who have no need for police anymore, let alone an army. That would be the end of the world. As for the disputes between china and north korea. Dare I say that this is a cherriesing match ?

@starlightbolt how right you are that this is all a doleing match between the US's ego and their opinion of what is, and isn't, terrorism. Now don't get me wrong, I am not in favour of terrorism but you have to understand that the very definition of terrorism is subjective. ( although, yes, 9-11 was a terorist act, possibly even the people who did that fully realized that ). Just because Osama died I see a rise in troop morale. Even more if it actually turns out to be Osama, and if not, expect the US to push a "no its not" into a "we are unable to determine" regarding whether it's Osama. Face it, US troop morale is low. and now that Osama might or might not be dead, some of the extremists might not be happy. The result ? more bloodshed. Nothing has changed for the long run.

@starlightbolt and you are in the US, so you are probably really anti-war or see the long picture and cant help but wonder "so, what REALLY has changed now ?". Regardless *brohoof* good to know I am not the only one who thinks like this. ~ which probably will be percieved /strange/ and /weird/ by most

@starlightbolt remember, I'm in the Corps. We have mandatory morning formation. I've already woken up, got in uniform, eaten breakfast, and now I'm back out of uniform and just drinking some water before I pass out again.

@starlightbolt Knowing that, you just became 20% cooler in 10 seconds flat. See, I'm only in Grade 11, but still...Oh, and I made a Princess Celestia model in Autodesk 3DS Max for a univeristiy where I am (Australia) which placed 5th in the nation...So yeah :) Glad no one knew what it was...But meh, they gave me $2000 and a scholarship so I'm happy :)
