I guess the new Russian law isn't that bad? At least they're openly admitting it. Other countries might do exactly the same, or worse. They're just not telling about it.

when you bring in #responsibility then also easily this can be brought into area of #law and here people would probably be extra careful. How many packages come with something like: "do what you want, we're not responsible for any damage" ?

@erkanyilmaz sure, but none of that would require new #law as far as I understand - just operational practices. e.g., Helicopters were not ready to be deployed - you do not need a law to change that
