@bronymike !vancouverbronies I've got a camera and tripod I can bring. How do we go about telling people or asking if they're OK with being recorded? Just announce it at the beginning? Perhaps we could have a section of seats that won't be in view in case some people don't want to be seen in the video. @jackzhang How is your camera in low light? The room will likely be quite dark. I don't think the size of the camera will be too much of a problem.

!vancouverbronies Great meeting everypony! After the meeting we ran around looking at conference rooms near Metrotown. There are two Community Rooms in Metrotown mall, each seat 40 people and cost $100 for 4 hours, $150 per day. The Bonsor complex is much more expensive, the smallest room was ~$90 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. I forget the seating capacity of that one. There's apparently another room in Metrotower 2 that seats 55 and costs $110 for 4 hours. We couldn't get any info on that today because they're closed. This Metrotower room looks like the best deal by far.
