I want two BBQ available though one will be fine and I want someone to Scout the area that would be good once we have the place finalized, somewhere where we won't need chairs or tables. !bcbronies : I am with @bronymike on this one, Flash Mobbing is the farthest from keeping the peace. I don't mind having us being seen but that is quite different from forcing our hobby onto to people with a flash mob.

!Bcbronies: sup guys, I have had comp problems for the last bit and have missed a big chunk of news? what is going down? @phunkymat cause of Everfree being so close, I wouldn't plan anything until after that event, I will be making another screening on the Season 3 premiere, this time with the double room and hopefully some sort of charity drive and an auction of US toys. @bronymike has said it best though, would be better to support Everfree. @jackzhang - I have no idea what your planning, could I get the scoop?

!bcbronies: I was rather pleased with the meeting other than a few hiccups myself, I was glad that people stayed around and offered to help clean. The only things that ticked me off were the cans that were left outside of the room on the floor after everyone left and the fact someone had the genius idea to use duck-tape on paint when their was a board right beside the room for that kind of thing. People were called out for Molestia so I won't bring it up. I had a blast, resting my poor brain for the day.

!bcbronies thank you all for making this a smashing sucess, you blew my expectations out the window. I made back all of the money and more and will be donating what extra I have to van's chilldren hospital. Defiantly willing to plan agian, just let my brain rest for a bit. XD

!bcbronies : IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT! Feel free to share that you were at the april 21st meetup. However, any pictures of the staff will be on hold for the time being, We are trying to maintain good relationship with Hasbro. Stay hush about who was here till we have permission to, we are on shaky grounds as is and we dont want to ruin future cons by having Hasbro pull support on all cons. Thank you for understanding.

Are we trying to kill me here, I trying to figure out how I'm not gonna fan boy out with the people we have now. Anyway, I will be heading in quite early, I'm going to the lib at around 8:30 I will look around to figure some things out, there are two places for signs at the lib, just need to figure out where. @Jackzhang, I would prefer not doing a flash mob, I won't stop you if you guys do but I will not partake in it. anyway signs would be good, I would do them but 11 hours and organizing has killed me and my brain.

!bcbronies @bronymike, yay i can join you guys at the expo, got it off. TO EVERYONE! I will be at Georgia and Homer intersection at the library outside from 230 to 330. Orange Hoody, Purple Shirt. It is a brony shirt and probably be surrounded by bronies from the expo. Will be hard to miss. Anyone from facebook, post this ar too busy to do it myself.

!bcbronies All right, I will clarify some things. The chances of me going to the Fan Expo on Sat for me is has dwindled to almost nothing. I would need luck to make it happen so I can't help you there. The parkade I speak of his on the side of the library. You can park there but of course expect ridiculous prices that van loves. So anyway, I will be hanging outside the library from 2:30 - 3:30 standing around most likely on my phone. At Three, I will open the doors and let people in and head back out to help people get to the room. I will be wearing a bright orange hoody with the Purple "Dumb Fabric" so look around. After 3:30 I will head in and people are on thier own unless the "VIP's" have stated there are coming in after this time.

@fang8989 !bcbronies:ugh, I had no idea what this action would lead too. XD. @bronymike: Can I get your help on Sat for an event? Just to headcount and take money at the door. Save the seats for the staff that have contact with you and that is it. I will give those seats away at 3:45 if they don't show up. again, I am really sorry, this is the worst feeling and I'm not at the event yet. XD. On Facebook, they are planning a smaller screening on laptops for the people that can't make it in but want to hang for afterwards. I'm not forcing anyone to stay in the room for the full four hours(I have to be the last one to leave) so feel free to go whenever.

!Bcbronies Cancel all invites from here on, I apoligize but we are unable to expand and because of fire saftey, we can NOT GO OVER 60, If we end up with more than 60, i will start turning people away from the door who don't bring money. !bcbronies: okay, I will say this now and probably some of it at the meetup, keep a level of class and not get to rowdy,I would like to keep it casual but no yelling at the top of your lungs please. I missread about food, they have to know what we bring in ourselves, they know about pop and chips so please refrain from bringin anything but snack related. Some baked goods but keep it finger food. I dont want to break contract. Last of all, this space isnt ours so clean up after yourselves. I dont think bad of anyone here, I'm just covering my bases so if something does come up, I can say I told you.
