!bcbronies: PART 2: I hoping to play the video at 4 or 5 and hang out for a bit after that, get thing slowed down for the last hour and clean up. What we do after that is completely up to us. I don't think anyone will but I will say it anyway, no booze. i don't care if we drink but that is for after, not during the meetup. If anyone else is unclear about something, I will try to answer.

!bcbronies: all right. time to answer questions and tell people my plans for April 21st. First off, if people want to bring drinks and food, I won't discourage nor turn away, it would be great to have, just not mandatory from anyone. The Vancouver Public Library is at 350 West Georgia Street, quite easy to get to from the sky train. As for money side. The total when everything,(taxes and stuff.) is about $301. No I won't make it to the weekly as I have work but I wouldn't take payment there anyway, save it for the meetup. I'm looking for at least 250$ back so please bring cash or I won't be able to do this kind of stuff again. For the plans of time, I hoping to make it to DeLancie's panel at one along with the shot. I hoping to get around the library at 2:30 but no later than 3. I will hang around the front doors of the place to help get bronies to the room, they can chill with me or hang out at the room, I will head to the room myself after an hour.

!bcbronies: the room is ours. We have everything covered if someone was bringing a projector, i can bring my surround sound system if need be but it is far from best. Anywhoo, we will need to get video downloads as internet costs extra, the wall can collapse to make it bigger up to a 120 for like 325 but we need to know if we need that space by sat or it will cost us an extra 50$. Right now it is coming up to $248. The xtra come from paying cleaning and music. The fee is just to cover the libarary bananas if the music is copyrighted so I'm leaving it there. And no the chairs are not solid. Anyway tell you freinds, the more people I know are coming, the cheaper i charge, I will try to keep the cost even for everyone and will give money back to people who have payed more. If we start hitting profits...i will figure somethin but I wont be keepin it. Either give some back or donate it.

!bcbronies, just got home, phone died, that plan failed, the library was closed so that did not work out. Will register one online for the 21st from 5-9.

!bcbronies : I am on my way phone is dying so i will check when i get there, when do we book? 4-8? 5-9? I know we are working around fan expo but most likley we will miss the last little bit. These would be my prefered times.

!bcbronies 45 vs 60, price difference or not, I would take the bigger room which the library offers. Though it is good that Daniel is talking, I'm heading to the library for reservation tomorrow, if it doesn't pull through I cancel in the week, if not we go with it.

!bcbronies @bronymike @tesla500 Good to hear, that will lower the price by about 150$, the library has the screens so it works out. anyway Mike. Here is the link for the rooms http://www.vpl.ca/rooms/spaces.html I was thinking of getting either Peter or Alma, pics are there, they seat 60 and have projector screens. If Daniel wants to watch it live, they do offer internet. How fast I do not know, but I can find out this Monday after work. I can do it on the internet but I rather talk to someone so I will head down.
