Alpha 6 is a lot easier when you're prepared for what's coming. The first time you play it though, wow is it a sudden difficulty spike. #Warzone2100 !vgp

Getting used to the controls in Warzone2100 again by making another run through the single-player campaign. I definitely like the changes I've noticed so far in 3.1, although it does appear to impose a harsher penalty on deficit spending than previous versions did it serves as further reminder to the player that you should try to avoid doing so whenever possible. !vgp

@noble !bronylon That's absolutely fine; Flame and I had quite the time getting this one organized, actually. We didn't find @kvoakes17 until we left, and pretty soon we all just gave up on skating and went to the comic book shop instead. ¯\(°_o)/¯ Hopefully next month we'll do something more substantial, like a movie marathon or something.

Five years have not been kind to MechQuest. The early game is more or less exactly the same as when I left it, which does not bode well for its developers. Things which were labeled "coming soon" five years ago still are today, all of the typos remain, none of the rough edges have been smoothed. Certainly they have added several more planets to the game, as well as new mechs and weapons, but none of it is polished or cohesive and they haven't bothered to polish what was already there to begin with either. Progression remains a jumbled mess and everything is still grindy as all hell. I am not sure how they expect to get $35 out of me for this; all they've done so far is prove to me they don't deserve a dime. !VGP
