Cause Texas is so close to Mexico the Pigs mostly just slap you on the wrist and give you a small ticket. They are corrupt as hell here tho and never show up to court with evidence cause they use it.

@vt3c don't have a Skype atm. having to get new internet providers. I recently moved into a new house so no internets for the tim being. Only reason im online right now is im on a company computer from work. I can multitask so why not?
