@clayinthecarpet I can honestly tell Fluttershy is just very anxious and somewhat judgmental without power. Sometimes it's just condescending you'll see her being the weakest link. But others will say she could have done something about it, why should I pity? So pretty much she can't do anything because realistically, it's applicable in the real world where everyone is too different to see. Sometimes even claim better judgement than others.

@mrmattimation I'd blame the V-snyc button on every catalyst control center. Maybe that's why. If all else fails, tweak some settings in the interface. Hope it works, good luck.
