  5. The internet: where you are hated for liking anything, hating anything, using anything, not using anything, talking about anything or thinking about anything. So stop caring about anyone's opinions about what YOU like. Do what YOU want.

  12. @bowandlyre Yup, I know. I always stop to help someone who clearly needs a hand, but that doesn't mean I won't put a chair in somebody's face.

  13. @vt3c You'll have to get in terms with the fact that since you have an above average IQ, dumber people will regularly clash with you because they can't understand how you think. Both a lower and a higher than average IQ brings some difficulties, but with a higher one you won't have any of the social benefits. It's up to you to decide what to do with your gift. For me it meant extremism, and to develop abilities related to social interaction and words in general. You, being a far more passive and tolerant person, will most definitely go for another path. In any case, idiots will always stand in your way, and you'll have to either step back, fool them or crush them.

  14. @vt3c Humans are hostile to what they don't understand, and what they don't understand is often those things that are better than them.

  16. Dear children of the internet. I know that growing up with the modern internet and its insidious filtering has lead to you never encountering viewpoints differing from your own, but not every difference of opinions is a "fight" or "argument". Sometimes, they are "Discussions" or "Debates".

  17. @bowandlyre You need to keep a bottle of loctite 414 around. When you get cut you simply wash and dry the wound, apply loctite, and leave it there for an hour or so. It keeps the blood from coming out and lets the wound start to heal without germs.

  18. @bowandlyre well, then you like it that when a guy and a reivateil and a human like it other too much, the human can "dive" into her "soul space" and "install" stuff

  21. @bowandlyre Because "leaders" and people in general don't care nor understand about the future of the species as a whole, and only want to keep their petty lands as they are or engage in stupid cultural or religious wars.

  22. @bowandlyre I'm not really interested in world domination, but a centralized worldwide government is needed if we want humanity to advance. Right now the world is what kingdoms used to be in the middle ages. Think of Germany, for example. When Bismarck united all the little kingdoms, it became one of the world's superpowers. As long as there's countries the species won't get far.
