@ceruleanspark Given they've mentioned Dimension C-137 multiple times (and even at one point poked fun at the fact that Rick & Morty are not from the same dimension as Jerry, that Rick & Morty from the currently depicted universe are currently buried in the Smith backyard, and that Morty 137 is "the Mortiest Morty") I think that's the case. The Rick & Morty from the comics and Pocket Mortys are, as far as I know, different people, though.
