on the subject of steps and throwing ones self of of things, I have a psychiatric evaluation next week. It is likely that I am going to be offered the opportunity to be signed out of work for extended sick leave again. Unfortunately, if I take that choice I will almost certainly be fired. So which is it to be? My mental health, or my job?
