@diciestryan i dont believe the government can actually block anything or say the seperate internet companies need to up the plan without approval of the people, after its been approved by congress

@mrmattimation Net Neutrality means ISP's don't get to play favourites. In its absence, ISP's are free to extort money from site owners, on the premise of "If you don't pay up, your site is going to load /awfully slowly/" The main orgs it's going to hit are VoD services like Netflix. It will almost certainly be actively degraded in order to push their own services.
